1. Our vision
At Osenso, we believe sustainable business is smart business. As a company that helps organisations operate more efficiently with AI and connected systems, we are committed to reducing our own environmental impact and supporting responsible, ethical growth.
2. Our business operations
Remote-first, flexible working. We operate remote-first, avoiding unnecessary office infrastructure and commuting emissions. Our work-from-anywhere approach lets team members minimise travel and shape their week for the environment and their wellbeing.
Low-impact travel. Travel is approved only when it is essential to commercial outcomes or client value. We prefer train travel to car travel wherever possible, and discourage solo car journeys and taxis unless there is no other option.
Digital sustainability. We limit digital waste by keeping our tech stack and cloud usage streamlined, prioritising providers with sustainability commitments and reviewing platform usage every year.
Paperless operations. All documentation is handled digitally. We print only when legally required or explicitly requested by clients.
Sustainable supplier selection. We choose suppliers that demonstrate ethical practices and environmental awareness, and review our supplier base every year to make sure it aligns with our values.

We help businesses build smarter workflows and leaner operations by:
