Win/loss analysis that learns from every dealSmarter with every deal.
An optional addition to your system. The Osenso Win/Loss Model learns from the deals you win and lose, and uses what it finds to help sharpen your targeting, scoring and messaging over time.
Learning from real outcomes.
Your system already finds the right companies, reaches them and reports on what is happening. Once deals start to close, those outcomes become a useful source of insight in their own right: why a deal was won, why another was lost, and what the strongest opportunities have in common.
The Osenso Win/Loss Model puts that insight to work. When there are enough closed deals to learn from, often from around Month 9, it can be connected to your CRM to capture outcomes and their reasons, trace them back to the signals and outreach that started them, and suggest where to refine your signals, scoring and messaging. It is entirely optional, and we will talk through whether it is a good fit for you in your reviews.
- Insight into why deals are won and lost
- Targeting, scoring and messaging refined on real outcomes
- An optional, ongoing service you can add when the time is right
Each capability works on its own, and is strongest as part of the whole. Signals find the opportunity, outbound starts the conversation, automation keeps it moving, reporting shows what is happening, the win/loss model learns from every deal and enablement makes it yours.

What is the Osenso Win/Loss Model?
Our proprietary model for learning why deals are won or lost. What it finds can be used to refine your signals, scoring and messaging over time.
Do we need it?
No. It is optional. Your system works on its own, and many clients focus on getting it fully running first. The model is there if and when you want to learn more from your closed deals.
When can it start?
Once there are enough closed deals to learn from, which is often from around Month 9. We will talk through timing with you in your reviews.
Who owns what?
You own your system, your CRM data and the win/loss records captured in your accounts. The Osenso Win/Loss Model itself is Osenso’s IP, available alongside your system as an ongoing service.
How is this different from commercial reporting?
Commercial reporting shows what is happening during your engagement. The win/loss model looks at why deals are won or lost, and uses that to suggest how your system could target and message better.
